Cookie Policy

Last updated 9 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Aceberry Labs ("Aceberry", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies, browser local storage, pixels and similar technologies on our website. For information about how we handle personal information more generally, please see ourPrivacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files or identifiers stored by a website in your browser. We may also use similar technologies such as browser local storage, pixels, tags and scripts. These technologies can remember preferences, support website functionality, measure website usage or help measure advertising campaigns.

2. Your Choice

When you first visit our website, we ask you to choose whether you want to allow non-essential technologies. You can accept all, reject non-essential technologies, or manage your preferences.

Strictly necessary technologies remain active where they are required to operate the website or remember choices you specifically make. Analytics and marketing technologies remain disabled until you consent where prior consent is required by law.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the website footer. Rejecting analytics or marketing technologies does not prevent ordinary use of the website.

3. Categories We Use

Strictly Necessary

These technologies are used to provide essential website functionality or remember settings such as your privacy choice and selected theme. They are always active where necessary and do not require consent where applicable law permits this.

Analytics

Analytics technologies help us understand how visitors interact with the website, which sections are used and how the website performs. We currently use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, for this purpose. Analytics technologies are disabled until you consent where consent is required.

Marketing

Marketing technologies help us measure advertising campaigns and may allow advertising platforms to recognise that a browser previously visited our website. We currently use Meta Pixel for this purpose, which may also be loaded through Google Tag Manager. Marketing technologies are disabled until you consent where consent is required.

5. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

Google Tag Manager is used to load and manage the analytics and marketing tags described in this policy. It is not loaded until you consent to analytics or marketing technologies, and Google's consent signals are updated to match your choice.

With your consent, we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, interactions with website elements, device and browser information, approximate geographic information, referral information and pseudonymous identifiers. Google processes information under its own applicable privacy and data-processing terms.

6. Meta Pixel

With your consent, we may use Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and, where enabled, support advertising or remarketing activities. Meta may receive information such as pages visited, interactions with website elements, browser identifiers, IP address, user-agent information and campaign or advertising identifiers. Meta processes information under its own applicable privacy terms.

7. Consent and Withdrawal

Consent to analytics and marketing technologies is voluntary. Where consent is required:

  • analytics and marketing technologies are not activated before consent;
  • refusing consent does not restrict ordinary use of the website;
  • analytics and marketing choices are off by default;
  • you can withdraw or change consent at any time through Cookie settings;
  • after withdrawal, we stop future use of the affected technology through our website and, where technically possible, remove related cookies controlled through the site.

You may also delete stored cookies and local storage through your browser settings.

8. Browser Settings

Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies and other site data. Blocking all storage may affect some website preferences or functionality.

9. Global Privacy Control and Other Preference Signals

Where required under applicable privacy law, we recognise qualifying browser-based privacy preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for activities covered by those laws. Such signals may be treated as an instruction to opt out of applicable sale, sharing or targeted advertising activities.

10. Third-Party Providers

Third-party services used through our website may process information under their own privacy policies. Our principal third-party analytics and advertising providers currently include Google and Meta Platforms. Their own privacy terms govern their independent processing activities.

11. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the technologies used by the website, provider configurations or legal requirements change. The date at the top indicates when this Cookie Policy was most recently updated. Where required, we may request consent again after material changes.
